Finance & Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and tax functions for the Batam entity, including AP, AR, GL, and Payroll.
• Review and support Jakarta entity monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSAK.
• Manage monthly and annual tax calculations, filings, and payments, including PPN, PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and related tax obligations.
• Monitor and optimize Batam Free Trade Zone (FTZ) tax exemptions and fiscal incentives.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including local lodgements, investment activity reporting, manpower reporting, and annual corporate compliance.
• Collaborate closely with in-country management to provide financial insights, reconciliation support, and strategic recommendations.
