  • Responsible for the recruitment process (apply job advertisement, sort application, Interview & Test and find out best prospective employees)
  • Recapitulation employee attendance
  • Manage employee database.
  • Employment agreement, monitoring probation or contract status, conducting probation or contract evaluation.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries (such as cash advance, overtime, attendance, etc.) and issues from employees. 
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management. 
  • Register and calculate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Health Insurance for employees.
  • Oversee general office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with another department regarding HR activities.
