Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement for our F&B and retail brands.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) 
• Conduct SEO analysis and strategies to enhance organic search visibility and web traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Product) to create compelling online content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) and SEO strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working in the F&B or retail industry is a plus.
• Highly creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be willing to work from Dwimitra Group's Head Office in PIK.
