1. Cook 

Job Description:
-Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.

-Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, sliced, chopped, and measured prior to cooking.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, temperature, and visual presentation.

-Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and health regulations in all work areas.

- Monitor food stock levels, report low inventory, and assist in minimizing food waste.

2. Steward 

Job Description:

- Wash, clean, and sanitize all kitchenware, tableware, cutlery, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or manual washing methods.

- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces, floors, trash bins, and food preparation areas.

-Empty garbage cans, segregate kitchen waste, and dispose of rubbish safely and regularly.

-Store clean kitchenware and equipment safely in designated storage areas.

- Assist kitchen staff with light prep work and moving heavy supplies or food containers when required.
