HR Manager (Start Immediately)

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field
• Experience: 5-10 years as HR Manager
• Expertise: Full ownership of HR functions (Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance)
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations
• Character: Critical thinker, mature leadership, integrity, excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities : 

• Lead and implement group-level HR strategies, policies, and governance across holding and business units
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management on people and organizational matters
• Manage competency-based learning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives
• Oversee compensation & benefit and labor compliance frameworks
• Manage employee and industrial relations, including grievance and disciplinary processes
• Drive organization development, structure design, and change management initiatives
• Lead and develop HR (and GA) teams with clear direction and accountability
