Full TimeKey Responsibilities:
- Lead operational performance across retail stores.
- Ensure consistent SOP, service, and operational standards.
- Improve store productivity, processes, and operational controls.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock opname, shrinkage, and replenishment.
- Coordinate Distribution Center, delivery, and fulfillment.
- Drive operational improvements, store expansion, and accountability systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail/Business Operations, with 3 years in leadership.
- Experience managing multi-store retail or complex operations.
- Strong in SOP, process improvement, inventory control, and operational systems.
- Experience with warehouse/DC or replenishment is a plus.
- Structured, decisive, detail-oriented, and strong in team leadership.
