Responsibilities
Handle calls and emails professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Upsell properties or services within the hotel chain to potential and existing customers.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
Communicative and customer-oriented.
Willing to relocate and work full on-site in Bali 5 days a week.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Immediate availability is preferred.
