CX Energy Marshal

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and support HSE and safety activities throughout Data Center project operations.
• Coordinate with the GC, Cx Consultant, and project teams during commissioning activities.
• Attend project coordination meetings and support the follow-up of commissioning-related activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify defects/issues, and maintain tracking reports.
• Conduct site inspections and document project conditions through photos and inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/STM, D3, or S1 in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or Data Center projects.
• Must have Teknisi K3L or AK3L certification.
• Familiar with workplace safety, HSE procedures, and project site activities.
• Able to prepare reports, track tasks and defects, and upload documents to Procore.
• Good coordination and negotiation skills when working with external parties.
• Good attitude, honest, disciplined, cooperative, and responsible.
• Willing to be placed in our project (Batam, Jakarta, Cibitung, Cikarang, Karawang)
