- Lead and monitor the performance of multiple supermarket stores within the assigned area.
- Drive achievement of sales, profit, shrinkage, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOP, merchandising standards, customer service, and store presentation.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and store leadership teams.
- Analyze store performance and develop action plans to improve sales, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
