Job Description

1. Process driver-related payments, including travel expenses, meal allowances, TKBM payments, manual salary payments, and other approved operational payments.
2. Verify and reconcile payment requests, transaction data, and driver balances to ensure accuracy.
3. Manage petty cash, operational balance top-ups, and driver deposit refunds in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain accurate payment records, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
5. Prepare and update reports on driver payments, allowances, and transaction status.
6. Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
7. Conduct proper shift handovers and ensure all transactions comply with company financial procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in cashiering, finance operations, payment processing, or a related field.
3. Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and reporting.
5. Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
6. Able to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
7. Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
